This job in heywood earlier in 2024. The old dormer was causing damp in the 2 bedrooms.
There was no leaks , but this was down to poor insulation and cold spots.
When we stripped of existing cladding we came across poor quality frame work which needed addressing, we re framed the outter dormer so that we could allow to put in appropriate Insulation. We also changed windows.
