We removed the existing extension and conservatory, taking everything back to the brickwork and lowering the ceilings to start fresh.
A goalpost steel frame was installed to create a fully open-plan rear of the house.
The new GRP roof system features a stepped design and an upstand with a roof lantern, allowing plenty of natural light into the space.
We completed all electrical and plumbing work, fitted traditional radiators, and installed a brand-new kitchen.
The rear elevation includes full-height glass sliding doors with a fixed glass panel to the side, maximising light and garden views.
Inside, we added underfloor heating and completed all tiling work.
Outside, we tiled up to the retaining wall, which has been K-rendered and fitted with an ACO drain for efficient rainwater management.
We also created a feature wall with decorative panelling, added spotlights throughout, and finished with new brickwork, K-render, and steps leading up to the garden.
