Timbered out for flooring.
Framework put in under perlings , insulated. Boarded , plastered, spot lights 5 x double sockets. smoke alarm , carbon monoxide alarm, stairs with door at the bottom. Storage space made with cupboards going into both eaves. Radiator Installed. 2 x loft windows. Skirted, cleaned now ready for decoration.
We simply boarded a loft space out here. Taking the flooring all the way to the eaves as tight as possible and even foamed the perimeter. We fitted a loft light and also easy access loft pull down ladders.
