We created a new, internal doorway connecting the main house to the garage, eliminating the need for clients to go outside for access. This involved installing a concrete lintel for structural integrity, fitting a fire-rated door and casing for safety, and carefully repositioning the existing back door to preserve the under-stairs cupboard space. The area was then expertly plastered and finished with architrave.
