Old diamond leading replaced with new modern upvc.

Gutter replacement

We swapped out tired, faded gutters for a high-capacity Ogee gutter system. Not only do they look great, but they also hold more water to keep this property protected. All downpipes were replaced as part of the full refresh.

Multiple renovations

Complete new re roof, new windows, new porch with new brickwork composite (rock) door. At the rear, we put new Indian sandstone flagging and tarmac to the front. All new soffit fascia gutters and new upvc cladding. Finished off with new doors on the garage.

Old roof ring beam repair

Client couldn't sell house as old ring beam in roof space was failing. Basically the perlings were sagging and struggling under the new roof load. (We didn't do the re roof) so we had to fix metal plates to all perlings bolted through making the perlings strong again.
We put it a load bearing timber of wall plate to load bearing wall to support where 2 of the peelings crossed.

Re-roofing

We do re-roofs.
Re felted and slated. Chimney ground out and pointed . New fascia gutter and down pipe.

Reroof

Little hipped re roof.
Old English tiles, with dry hip system.
All roofs are done with eaves protection and breathable felt.
Black fascia board and soffit.
Gutter and down pipe.
Chimney re flashed and pointed.

Soffit and fascia

Here's a rear of house soffit and fascia that had failed and lead to water ingress into building.
All because of previous poor workmanship, if you look at before pictures the tile wasn't into the gutter, this is because the original fascia was "covered" something we NEVER do.
We always use full replacement.

Dormer

This job in heywood earlier in 2024. The old dormer was causing damp in the 2 bedrooms.
There was no leaks , but this was down to poor insulation and cold spots...
